Tests of DMS successfuly completed in Arca Capital

Acceptance testing of process-oriented document management system (DMS) for "Arca Capital" group has been successfully completed. The decision on implementation of a common solution was driven by benefits of unifaction of the document management for several companies of the whole group. The DMS in its early operation allows storing of all documents in one place, systematic access control and higher security, with significantly easier and more effective cooperation among the companies and persons.

Another DMS accepted in routine operation

After a successful migration of historical documents, new system for centralized document management (DMS) has been accepted by "AEGON Životná poisťovňa,  a.s." in routine operation. The system communicates with 4 production legacy systems of the insurance company through an integration service interface. The development of DMS for Aegon is based on the F4S's Portal 4 Processes framework, which includes a process & integration engine supporting process management, workflow and a convenient system integration.

WebStock - Innovative solution for Warehouse Management

After a year of development with the successful implementation we introduce  WebStock, a new system that automates administration of stocks and all activities associated with the purchase or sale of goods in a trade organization. It provides two-way communication with cashdesks, processing of orders, delivery notes, complaints, pricelists setup, stocktaking, generation of business statistics, and others. Development of the system considering new requirements of our clients is still alive, and thus another beneficial functionalities are expected in the short term.

F4S underwent the very 1st supervisory audit of its quality management system successfully: "The company has a functioning quality management system that is followed by all employees. They are conditions well established for further quality improvement, particularly given the management support, customers reliability and high professionalism. The system is based on a process management, documented procedures, determination and evaluation of quality objectives for all levels of the company."

The beginning of cooperation between F4S and Volkswagen

P4P into routine operation in insurance company

Process system Portal 4 Processes (P4P) was deployed into routine in the company "AEGON Životná poisťovňa, a.s." in early January 2015. The starting operation provides for a comprehensive document management system used to support daily communication with clients. From the draft contract up to the final confirmation, including various annexes and supplements, as well as postal and e-mail correspondence. The implementation of P4P continues in Aegon to cover all the processes of a business case in the insurance industry.

Specification of PIC for anoother securities trader

F4S completed analysis of Processing Investment & Custody (PIC) system for another institution providing investment services and ancillary services relating to securities and other financial instruments. Specific operating model was described and data schema together with basic functionality designed within the initial phase of a new version of the system, i.e. PIC2.0.

Over 6 millions documents through EZU in Social insurance

Electronic data collection (EZU) made another record for the number of documents processed in the Social Insurance Agency (SP). 6,002,932 documents were received through EZU from January to December 2014, representing the largest annual volume since the launch of the SP's electronic services. Company portals from F4S are able to handle a much larger amount of data with a variable load distribution while improving company's communication towards its employees, clients or partners.

"F4S Cup" 2014 - Better times every new round

In Thursday, November 27, 2014 we held a "F4S Cup" - 1st year kart race. Opponents of the circuit, but friends in the business and to have a wine. People of Factory 4 Solutions could measure their power with representatives of the clients and partners. After-racing banquet with awards ceremony highlighted the pleasant atmosphere of our sports evening. Congratulations to the winners and we look forward to further common experiences!

Local currency by which nongovernmental and non-profit organization "Živica" motivates the local economy and self-supporting business, will get its electronic form "e-Živec" from next year, built on mobile payment systems Way4Pay and Cash4City. Alongside existing also new traders will be involved who market their products and services at a distance or provide products as electronic goods. We are proud that we can help the efforts of "Živica" and contribute to the growth of the local economy of our city.
