Ongoing support of EZU for Social Insurance

F4S succeeded in a public procurement as a supplier of maintenance, technical support and development services related to information system of Social Insurance in Slovakia. The Electronic Data Collection (EZU) is a part of the environment that keeps communication of the Insurance with its clients - insurees, employers and cooperating institutions. The provision of the services will be carried out in cooperation with EMM s.r.o. being our long term partner.

Pocess management started in Aegon with the support of P4P

F4S has put another system Portal 4 Processes (P4P) into testing operation for insurance company "AEGON Životná poisťovňa, a.s." The main aim of the project is to streamline and improve business processes throughout the company. Starting from a document management with functionality extension towards an automation of the whole business cases, i.e. insurance contracts. We have created new solution of P4P to support processes in any insurance, quickly and easily customizable to specific needs and requirements.

Better overview of transactions in supplementary pension scheme

The portal "STABILITA Portal" operated by the complementary pension scheme provider STABULITA d.d.s., a.s.  received new functionalities. The clients are displayed detailed information on all transactions - contributions and pension payouts booked on their individual accounts. Both pension savers and beneficiaries receive a detailed overview on transactions and balances of their complementary pension accounts. Statements can also be downloaded and printed. "STABILITA Portal" is maintained and further developed by Factory 4 Solutions, see more in REFERENCES.

EZU with a record number of submissions in Social Insurance

Electronic Data Collection (EZU) made new record in the number of electronic submissions received in June 2014. During a single month 509,000 documents were submitted to the Social Insurance Agency, representing the largest monthly volume that has been achieved since the launch of EZU services into operation. Company Portals from F4S are able to process a much larger amount of data and documents with variable load while improving company's communication towards its clients or business partners.

F4S has established and applies a Quality Management system for "Design, development and implementation of information systems (IS), including provision of operational support and related services". Requirements according to ISO 9001:2008 (STN-EN-ISO 9001:2009) are fulfilled in our company, as proven in the audit performed by TÜV SÜD Slovakia, s.r.o. We understand the quality as a production leading to a permanent satisfaction of our clients and users of our IS, good relationships with clients and suppliers, and long-time mutual partnerships.

Domain support for Corporate Printing Administration

System Solution 4 Printing was extended with a domain support, which divides the administration of corporate printing under organizational branches or domains. The employees can only access a bounded set of documents according to their subject-matter competence. Reviews, the creation of other documents or template administration are unavailable without the assignment to the relevant domain. The system is deployed in a production operation for Aegon Slovak Republic.

BigData Juggler deployed into Tests

BIG DATA solution BigData Juggler has been deployed for testing in an important public service institution in Slovakia. Using the HADOOP and HBase distributed technology, BigData Juggler is the right tool for processing towering data on 5 million clients of the Social insurance, monitoring and analyzing trends. BigData Juggler represents a new paradigm of Data Warehousing that brings excellent performance for fraction of expenses of traditional data warehouses. We will bring more information soon.

SEPA implemented

The support of payments, part of Single European Payment Area (SEPA), has been implemented into the system for internal funds administration of investment life insurance  IFA. The aim of SEPA is the unification of domestic and international payments between payers and recipients. In addition to the uniform format, SEPA brings down the costs of  making and processing the payments in information systems.

WebKlient with a growing number of users

Portal WebKlient, ready for all clients of a leading insurance company, was put into routine operation in early October 2013. It provides clients with easy and quick access to current information about their own insurance throughout the internet. New accounts are being created and assigned to more and more clients. WebKlient is one of several implementations of Company Portals in the portfolio of Factory 4 Solutions.
